A road in the woods, a small lake with green waters and a stone farmhouse: it is the Tenuta Lago dei Cipressi, a residence that will excite you the first time and then every time you see it.
In the hills close to the Etruscan coast, the property consists of a main villa and two outbuildings. All around, rows of vineyards, olive trees, a vegetable garden bordered by aromatic hedges, silence, an enchanted view and a private lake will offer an insurmountable context for those who want to spend their days here.

Suvereto
It is considered one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it is located between the hills and the shining sea of the Etruscan Coast. Immersed in the green Val di Cornia, the town is a real treasure chest: its walls guard treasures made up of characteristic medieval streets, stone houses, historic buildings and evocative churches. All around there are endless woods of chestnuts, oaks and, of course, cork trees, hence the name of the locality.
Immersed in the scents of the Mediterranean maquis, Suvereto is a village rich in art and history, which stands out for its pleasant views and its preserved soul of a peaceful and restful place.
Thanks to the flourishing countryside that surrounds it, the farms produce a wonderful oil and a wine so characteristic that it has obtained the DOCG denomination. In fact, the Strada del Vino also passes through these hills, a route that allows you to get to know, stage by stage, the places where this drink acquires all its formidable notes. So tied to the land and tradition, Suvereto was the town of trades that today are rare pearls: blacksmiths, cork makers, carpenters, charcoal burners and straw makers worked here. Some skilled craftsmen, fortunately, survive proudly and dot the village with typical shops.
In this area, nature is also the protagonist, as demonstrated by the Montioni Natural Park, an area of about 7,000 hectares where wild boars, roe deer, fallow deer and porcupines live among Mediterranean scrub and thick oaks.

And then, a short distance away, the sea. An expanse of shades ranging from blue to emerald green, repeatedly celebrated by dozens of European Blue Flags. 90 uninterrupted kilometers of bathing coast, where the quality of water and services for people and tourists is second only to the quality of life. Here you can find very wide sandy beaches, or pebble and rocky coasts where the deep waters ensure incomparable experiences for those who want to wear fins, masks or tanks, or for those who love pleasure boating or deep-sea fishing.
