The Red Casale dei Cipressi
“Think of all the beauty around you.”
In the noblest of Tuscany, a few km from Bolgheri, the “Casale Rosso dei Cipressi” embodies the three secrets of a happy home: the classic structure of a country farm with a porch and a terrace with a view as far as the sea, in a building contemporary, attentive to comfort and sustainability. And the touch of a unique color, an intense and unforgettable red, which distinguishes it from all the others.
Around a hectare and a half of flat land where you can carry out a flourishing fruit and vegetable agricultural activity, thanks also to the presence of a greenhouse for growing vegetables, a laboratory for processing the products which is located in a shed also equipped with a cold room and various warehouses and storage rooms.
On the ground floor, the French door of the main farmhouse leads to a living area with a large dining room, an open kitchen and a living room. Also on the ground floor there is a guest bedroom, a mezzanine equipped as a study, two bathrooms, a laundry room and a large closet.
Going up the stairs, you reach the first floor which houses three bedrooms, two of which have a large terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the countryside, the vineyards and the sea. A bathroom with shower completes the floor.
The property, just 5 km from the sea and less than 1 from the Viale dei Cipressi sung by the poet Giosuè Carducci, is a farm and can only be purchased as a farm. But thanks to the recent renovation, the house is a country house also suitable for holidays and leisure.

Bolgheri
Bolgheri has been called “the Eldorado of Italian wine”. Never has a definition been more apt, because here you can taste the best glasses in the world, accompanying them with typical products of Tuscan culture. The worldwide fame of wine production needs no introduction, with three DOC areas that make a fine show of themselves in the best tables around the world: Montescudaio, Val di Cornia and, of course, Bolgheri. Stately vineyards and centenarian olive trees are the most worthy of the frames of the local Wine Road, which winds gently through the Tuscan hills, between woods and the sea. Here and there farms, cellars, medieval villages and castles arise; jewels of history, art and culture that stretch along a region that for many is a treasure trove of culture, love of life, authentic flavours.

The sea
And then, a short distance away, the sea. An expanse of shades ranging from blue to emerald green, repeatedly celebrated by dozens of European Blue Flags. 90 uninterrupted kilometers of bathing coast, where the quality of water and services for people and tourists is second only to the quality of life. Here you can find very wide sandy beaches, or pebble and rocky coasts where the deep waters ensure incomparable experiences for those who want to wear fins, masks or tanks, or for those who love pleasure boating or deep-sea fishing.
Territorial Context
The coast
From Livorno to Piombino, all the most renowned and well-known names, in Italy and abroad, find space: Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona, Quercianella, Castiglioncello. Here tourism coexists with the rhythms of local life, and it is not difficult to find ports equipped for pleasure boating. In front of this little jewel of Italian tourism and culture, the islands: Elba, Capraia or Giglio, easily reached by ferry and famous for their transparent sea.

The hinterland
Finally, it is worth spending a word on the medieval villages of the Etruscan Coast. Places of magic and ancient civilizations, of history and remote charm. Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Bibbona, Populonia: these are just some of the best-known names of a land made up of small hidden corners that keep thousands of years of history inside them. Here the natural landscape intersects perfectly with the work of man. This corner of the world is one of the few where landscapes of cypresses, olive trees and hills coexist in continuity with villages, churches, architecture embellished by a charm that has no equal.
